Working Principle of JBDS RECD

JBDS Power RECD Kit is designed to reduce harmful diesel generator emissions through a multi-stage purification process, delivering cleaner exhaust and improved environmental compliance.

DOC (Diesel Oxidation Catalyst) Technology

When exhaust temperature reaches the required operating range, the DOC catalyst activates and starts converting harmful gases like Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Hydrocarbons (HC) into safer emissions such as Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) and Water Vapour (H₂O), significantly reducing toxic pollutants.

High-Efficiency Particulate Filtration (DPF)

The integrated Diesel Particulate Filtercaptures fine soot particles and black smoke from the exhaust stream with high efficiency, helping reduce visible smoke emissions and particulate pollution.

Optimized Low Back Pressure Design
