JBDS Power ("we", "us", "our", or "JBDS") provides the JBDS Power mobile application ("App") for use by authorized employees and personnel of the company.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, collected, used, stored, and protected when you use the JBDS Power App.

The App is an internal business application. Access to the App is restricted to authorized users who have been provided credentials by JBDS.

2. Information Used by the App

The App does not operate as a public consumer application. Information used by the App is primarily related to the employee's authorized use of JBDS business systems and services.

Depending on the features used by an authorized employee, the App may access or process the following types of information:

• Account and authentication information required to sign in to the App.
• Employee-related information already maintained by JBDS systems and made available to the authorized employee.
• Information submitted by employees while using company services and workflows.
• Images or photographs captured using the device camera when required for business purposes.
• Documents or other images submitted by employees through the App.
• Device location information when location-based functionality is required for company operations.
• Location information that may be collected in the background when the employee has enabled the applicable permission and the feature requires background location functionality.
• Technical information necessary to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the App.

3. Employee Accounts and Login Credentials

Access to the App is provided only to authorized employees or personnel. Login credentials are issued or managed by JBDS.

The App uses authentication information to verify the identity and authorization of a user and to provide access to features appropriate for that user's role.

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and must not share their credentials with unauthorized individuals.

4. Camera and Images

The App may request access to the device camera when an employee needs to capture an image or document for a legitimate business purpose.

For example, an employee may use the camera to capture supporting documents, receipts, records, or other information required as part of a company workflow.

Camera access is used only when the relevant functionality is requested or required. Images captured through the App may be transmitted to JBDS systems for processing, record keeping, or other legitimate business purposes.

5. Location Information

The App may use the device's location information to support location-based company functions.

Depending on the employee's role and the functionality being used, location information may be accessed while the App is in use or, where the feature requires it and the applicable permission has been granted, while the App is running in the background.

Location information may be used for legitimate business purposes such as verifying or recording work-related activities, supporting field operations, attendance-related functionality, conveyance or travel-related workflows, security, or other company-authorized processes.

The App does not use location information for advertising or to sell location information to third parties.

6. How We Use Information

Information accessed or submitted through the App may be used for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Authenticating authorized employees.
• Providing access to company services and workflows.
• Processing employee requests and submissions.
• Managing approvals and business processes.
• Maintaining company records.
• Supporting field and location-based operations.
• Processing documents and images submitted by employees.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information, photographs, documents, or location information for advertising or marketing purposes.

JBDS takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through the App against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Information may be stored on company systems or on infrastructure provided by authorized service providers, depending on the functionality being used.

No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore continuously work to maintain appropriate safeguards for information handled by the App.

Information is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the relevant business purpose, comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain business records, or enforce company policies.

10. Employee Account Termination

Because the App is intended for authorized company personnel, access may be suspended or terminated when an employee leaves the company, changes roles, or no longer has authorization to access particular services.

11. App Permissions

The App may request permissions from the device operating system when required to provide specific functionality.

The JBDS Power App is intended for authorized employees and personnel and is not directed toward children.
